Fields of application

Ha-Be PumpStart-1 is an efficient pumping aid for concrete pumps and pipes and facilitates smooth pump starting. Compared to conventional cement suspensions, Ha-Be PumpStart-1 reduces the shear forces within the pump lines and thus eases the pumping process. This enables a significant increase in capacity to be achieved. Ha-Be PumpStart-1 also counteracts the clogging of the pump and can therefore extend the service life of pumps and pipes.
The use of Ha-Be PumpStart-1 has no influence on the concrete quality.

Working principle

Ha-Be PumpStart-1 creates a thin film which lubricates the walls of the pumps, pipes and hoses. This causes a significant reduction in the frictional resistance and thus enables easier pumping.
