Ha-Be Tunnel Team
We are pleased that you have decided to visit the Internet presentation of Ha-Be Betonchemie GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Ha-Be). Ha-Be takes the protection of your personal rights very seriously. We would like to inform you, in what follows, about what data and to what extent and purposes is collected and used in the context of utilization of our Internet presentation. We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the rules and regulations on data protection are observed, both by us and by external service providers.
PERSONAL DATAPersonal data is information that can be used to discover your identity. The term applies to all details that say something about a living person, regardless of the form it takes. It includes information such as your correct name, address, postal address, and telephone number(s). Information that cannot be directly associated with your true identity (e.g. preferred websites or the number of users of a page) is not included thereunder.
In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosure of your identity. If you register for one of our personalized services, order a product or take out a subscription, we ask for your name and for other personal information. It is your own free decision whether or not to give us this data.
We store your disclosures on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to these is only possible for a few, specially authorized persons who are involved in the technical, commercial or editorial care of the servers.
Services and Applications of Third Parties
This website makes use of functions of the web-analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics makes use of so-called “cookies”. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis to be made of your use of the website. The information on your use of this website created by the cookies is transmitted, as a rule, to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The storage of Google Analytics cookies is undertaken on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of DSGVO [GDPR]. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the analysis of user behaviour, as a means of optimizing the web offer as well as the web advertising.
On this website we have activated the function IP anonymization. As a result, within the member states of the European Union or in other countries contracting to the agreement on the European Economic Area, your IP address is shortened by Google before transfer to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. At the order of the operator of this website Google makes use of this information to evaluate your use of the website, to prepare reports on the website activities and to provide further website-utilization and Internet-related services vis-à-vis the operator of the website. The IP address transferred by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not brought together with other Google data.
You can prevent the storage of the cookies by adjusting your browser-software settings appropriately. In this case, however, we draw your attention to the fact that you may not then be fully able to use all of the functions of this website. You can also prevent the acquisition, by Google, of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address), as well as its processing by Google, in that you download and install the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Objection to Data Recording
You can prevent the recording of your data by Google Analytics by clicking the following link. This will set an opt-out cookie that prevents recording of your data during future visits to this website. Deactivate Google Analytics
You can find more information on the handling of user data by Google Analytics in Google's data protection statement: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de.
Data Processing to Order
We have concluded a contract with Google on data processing to order and we fully implement the strict specifications of the German data protection authorities in our use of Google Analytics.
Provision of the Website
When our Internet site is called-up, your web browser automatically sends data to our web server. Examples of such data are:
• the user's IP address or host name
• type of browser and browser version
• the user's operating system
• the date and time of the server enquiry
• the referrer URL
Your IP address must be recorded by our system during the delivery of the website, to ensure that you are technically able to access the Internet site. Your IP address is stored only for the duration of your session. Since the recording of the data for delivery of the Internet site is absolutely necessary, technically speaking, no possibility for objection is foreseen for the user, and there is no possibility for us to delete the data. The IP address is automatically deleted on leaving the Internet site.
The data automatically transferred to us by your browser is stored in so-called log files.
No bringing together of this data with other data sources is undertaken. After the transfer your IP address is altered in the log files and is thereby anonymized. A person-specific allocation of the stored data is thereby no longer possible. The basis for the data processing is article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of DSGVO [GDPR], which permits the processing of data for fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Right to Information, Correction, Blocking, Deletion and Objection
You have the right at any time to be provided with information on the personal data of yours stored. You also have the right to correction, blockage or, with the exception of the data storage prescribed for business transactions, to deletion of your personal data. With further enquiries on this and on other matters relating to the theme of personal data, you can contact us at any time under the following address:
Ha-Be Betonchemie GmbH
To ensure that blocking of data can be undertaken at any time, this data must be kept, for control purposes, in a lock file. You can also demand the deletion of the data, provided no statutory record-keeping obligation exists. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.
You can make changes or revoke consent by sending a corresponding notification to us with effect for the future.
Most of the cookies used by us are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically erased again at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. These cookies permit us to recognize your browser again on your next visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can accept cookies in individual cases only, or refuse to accept cookies in certain cases, or exclude them generally, or you can activate the automatic delete of the cookies on closing the browser. In cases of deactivation of cookies, this can result in limitations on the functionality of this website.
Cookies that are necessary for implementation of electronic communication procedures or for the provision of certain, functions wanted by you (e.g. the shopping-basket function), are stored on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of DSGVO [GDPR]. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for technically flawless and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies are stored (e.g. cookies for analysis of your surfing behaviour) these are treated separately in this data protection statement.
CHILDRENPersons under 18 should not send us personal data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We ask for no personal data from children, nor do we collect such information or pass it on to third parties.
