Fields of application

CURING-TOP20 is an aqueous polymer dispersion to prevent quick evaporation of stripped or freshly placed concrete. CURING-TOP20 is suitable for all cementitious materials that require full water retention, especially for industrial concrete floors and screed.

Concrete treated with CURING-TOP20 can obtain the following benefits:
>  Strong protection against evaporation
>  Reduced drying shrinkage cracks
>  Reduced setting shrinkage
>  Optimal strength development of concrete

CURING-TOP20 is suitable for subsequent surface finishes and needs not to be removed. CURING-TOP20 complies with the German ”Technical Delivery Conditions For Liquid Curing Agents”, Type BE (TL NBM-StB 09).

Working principle

CURING-TOP20 formulates a membrane on the concrete surface, which is nearly completely impervious to water vapour. Concrete’s surface pores are sealed and the evaporation of water is minimised. The formed membrane facilitates the finishing process and is incorporated easily into the surface.
