PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 is a powerful admixture especially designed for the production of high performing annular grout mixes for injection behind segmental tunnel linings. PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 has a plasticizing effect on annular grout mixes while retarding its initial and final setting. This allows an optimized workability and a purposeful extension of processing time. Additionally, the special formulation of the admixture is able to provide a stabilising effect.
These features enable an extended storability of the annular grout in the pumping lines and grout agitator tanks on the TBM.

The application of PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 enables increasing the compressive, tensile and flexural strength of annular grout mixes. The special formulation of PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 allows the application of the product as conditioning admixture in one or two component grouting systems.

Working principle

PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 disperses annular grout mixes while retarding the initial and final setting. Therefore the admixture is able to allow reductions in the water content or to improve the workability without the addition of extra water. PANTARHIT^® RSM 200 delays the hydration process and extends the workability time of annular grout mixes purposefully.
