Fields of application

Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T is a shrunken macrofibre for synthetic reinforcement of concrete and screed. It optimizes the mechanical load-bearing capacity of the concrete and minimizes the formation of shrinkage cracks. Since Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T does not form corrosion, the life of concrete is significantly extended, even in maritime environments. Additionally Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T improves fire-resisting properties of concrete.

Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T is compatible with all types of cement, fillers and concrete admixtures. The fibre protects mixing and application tools against wear.

Working principle

Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T disperses excellently and can be easily distributed in three dimensions. Optimising the static properties of concrete, Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser T improves the impact re-sistance, the ultimate flexural strength and the duc-tility of concrete. The high fibre frequency in concrete spreads the tension homogeneously and prevents the formation of shrinkage stress and cracks in the hardened concrete.
